Bellends
New Album "So It Goes" OUT NOW
Bellends are a gritty blend of in-your-face Rock n' Roll, hook-laden pop, alt-country, and Americana. drenched in the sounds of late nights, sweaty basement shows, and broken hearts.
Project details
Hailing from Milwaukee Wisconsin, Bellends were formed in 2022 around the debut album “A Fest For the Crows” The band's lyrical content leans heavily into gritty, Midwest storytelling—navigating themes of daily struggles, love, and loss. On stage, they are celebrated for a relentless "train-driving intensity", maintaining a chaotic yet highly tight live set where they can seamlessly shift from a heavy punk track to a melancholic country ballad or a foot-stomping Irish folk anthem.

Press / Reviews
“Bad weeks, late nights and one final attempt to get your life together all fit comfortably inside the title So It Goes. Bellends carried that mood into High Five Studios and came back with a second album full of coarse guitars, folk instrumentation, piano, big choruses and stories that grow heavier once the room quiets down. Eoin McCarthy writes about love, loss, depression and sobriety from inside the mess, giving the record its particular sense of humor: bleak enough to sting, rowdy enough to keep the night moving.” - Gabriel Rivera
“Their single “Pocket Knife” from the upcoming full-length So it Goes was chosen by online music and culture website The Milwaukee Record as one of 2025’s Top 15. And for good reason, as one can practically sense the sweat, the taste of Tullamore D.E.W. and wild, uncontrollable dancing that likely takes place when the song is played live.” - David M Rangel
